Was really hoping they were going to give the heavy suit something? But I would have been happy with a new map or game mode. Since I never used the flaylock or logi suit, this update gave me nothing. What a let down. Yes its nice not be exploded as much but really a whole month to fix something most of us saw before they put it in?
Just another let down 0 new content for how long now for the heavy suit/weapon? Cause the sentinel suit is just a dumb suit I hardley ever see anyone use it. |

They already said this was going to be a very small patch, and have been saying it for quite a while. You should've already gotten the disappointment out of your system by now. |

I don't come to the forums often sorry, but I thought this was for the ps3 not a PC, so my disappointment was expecting a game to have an update when it advertise an update. This seems more like a patch.

Not much of a patch either. Turning Dow a few things on content that was added in the last update? They could have just undone those things they day after they put them in. Why wait a month and advertise it as an update? |

1.3 was well advertised to be small due to the quick turn around time from 1.2 and included mostly things that did not make it into 1.2 and a few more additional fixes they squeezed in before having to lock it and send it to both internal and Sony QA.
1.4 the CPM has been showered with all the big things planned for 1.4 and it is shaping to up to be just as large as 1.1-1.3 combined almost however until we have more meeting we won't exactly have any idea of how much so. 1.4 is primarily infantry focused there are a lot of things changing from them including the massive change to way sensors work on infantry, active scanner buff, aiming systems, new laser rifle scope, are just the few of the things made public that the CPM knows about. Its busy time at CCP now however lots and lots testing and last minute add-ons before code lock sets in. |

Please read the threads/dev blogs. This was always supposed to be light and Devs said so many times. |

Would love for our CPM to speak with CCP on the most common topic on these forums and get some answers. No respecs ever? Will be allowed with AUR? Time limits on how often? Last respec after racial variants are released?
Get it together CPM! Larauent suggested in a thread today that one per year for free and one for AUR. I like it!! |

It's been explained over and over why this was mainly fixes and no new content.

The respec thing has like six different opinions within the CPM of varying degree how it will be resolved as after all we don't have access to reallocations like eve pilots does. However CCP still wants to make the decisions made earlier to have some impact to the decisions you make next to discourage the entire FOTM entitlement so this complicates things even more. Some want respecs per change some don't want to see respecs ever.
The best solution to meet in the middle in my opinion, was Untrainer boosters that would un-train a skill at a set rate and give you back the sp you spent into that skill. Along with giving 2 free ones a year maybe and one on graduation. This creates a rate in which you can swap skills (thus no pay to be right via being an AV one fight then paying to be an HAV the next fight) helps carry the consequences of skill selection in both training and un-training while overall netting ccp some revenue and not forcing players to be entirely stuck in one bad decision for too long but allowing them to shift focus elsewhere faster.
Until CCP gets back to the CPM about what they want to do its something that as well probably hit the end of the lap and can't go any further until brought back up again. |
