mostly balance changes really.
Updated/overhauled aiming is next month, including improved KBM performance and re-enabling aim assist for controllers. There will probably be some rebalancing following that as this will affect different weapons/suits in different ways. |

Not much of an update more of nerfdate(which was needed for the flaylock and core nades)
Can't tell that anything else whas changed this should been considered a hot fix for 1.2 not an update. But the marketing team can call it whatever they need to |

Hit detection is back to pre 1.2 for explosives. The mass driver rounds have a tendency to not do damage when they clearly are in range. Aiming still blows. Murder taxis are everwhere. Flaylocks are still effective even post nerf. Callogis suck and are more assault oriented then ever to make up for it. Mass drivers are still spammed in the citys. Nanite injector is slower to react when you press circle, so its better to manually pull it out, and if you move while shanking him you'll cancel the effect easier than in 1.2. Just noteworty things I've noticed in 1.3. OH YA, and because fused locus nades took a hard nerf, including proto nade cpu & pg requirements, the black eagle scout prefit is now invalid as is- requires too much PG and CPU. To avoid this w/ featured fits they changed the fused nades to carnifax, but forgot about the black eagle scout prefit LOL. CCP logic for ya. "NERF EVERYTHING IN SIGHT WHO CARES!!!!!" |

Seems like they just needed to boost suits resistances or com up with a more robust system to mitigate splash damage or allow us to manually fit for that defensive role.
nerfing just puts people off, buffing on the other hand makes peeps happy |

Max grid skills will cover the PG requirements. Not sure how many levels are needed to overcome the CPU.

As it's ment to be ... that's why it's called a 'combat logistics' suit ... all these caldari logistics whiners should have realised this was ment to be the middle ground between assault and logistics, not the caldari logistics ... I did and specced it anyway while I waited for its balance pass. |

1.3 wasn't even noticeable. They could have stealth patched nearly everything and we'd be none the wiser.
Meanwhile talking to a lot of corps attrition is way up. Whether it's summer or just getting tired of the same old same old it's hard to keep the player base together.
A lot of players are hedging on 1.4 or 1.5 as the make or break. Winter brings a slew of new options, new hardware, and new opportunities. I hope they bring some serious expansion in soon. Generalized tuning of whats here isn't the largest of the problems. Diversity is. |
