Due to the homogenization of the contact grenades there is a potential problem with 2 of the items and the current market.
Both the Fused Locus Grenade and the 'Cavity' M2 Contact grenade have the exact same stats (400dmg, 2.5m, 1 capcity, same fit costs)
Problem is the M2 costs more AUR (20 instead of 15)
Currently in the market anyone who buys the M2s will be getting short changed real money. Additionally, anyone who purchased stocks of M2s prior to the change is now also short changed real money.
I get that they were changed... not complaining about them since they were OP and annoying (but fun) but I dont think its right when you take someones real cash dollars and give them nothing of value in return. It would be like bringing the Neo A/1 suits down to A-1 levels and then still leaving them on the market for people to spend additional AUR on for the same item.
Either adjust the AUR cost on the M2 or bring the Fused down in stats to differentiate the STD, ADV, PRO levels. |

I bought 7,000 of them when they first popped up on market . Figured everyone would complain and take them off market. Well when I bought them they were 40 aur and with each unit I was to get 3 per . Now after they had sold me the item advertised as being this many , they took away 2 thirds of the product and are un willing to buy there crap back . I am PISSED !!!! CCP has bad business ethics . What they should have done is offer to buy back or leave the ones we bought alone and brought out new nades , that were more exceptable .

You have lost nothing. The only difference is that now you have to stand on a hive after lobbing one grenade instead of three. They have not taken any of your nades away.
I donGÇÖt even know why youGÇÖre speaking of getting GÇ£three per unitGÇ¥ seeing as how you only lose the GÇ£unitGÇ¥ if you die. If you stand next to a supply depot, you have an infinite amount of those nades. I would understand your gripe if you always lost a nade from your assets after throwing one, but since thatGÇÖs not the case, I donGÇÖt.

Too bad that it's mentioned almost everywhere that everything about this game is subject to tweaking. Also, who buys 7k of anything? That's like 2 years worth of deaths for me.
In regards to the OP, yes everything about this change is ridiculous. Militia, Advanced, and Proto gear all having the exact same stats/fitting requirements across the board and each coming with different price tags is just idiotic. Textbook example of what's wrong with knee-jerk reactions. |
