Not gonna happen, current CPM is actively discouraging the idea saying the playerbase is not mature enough even though the backlash they are receiving is based on the merits of their current work

The CPM are supposed to represent the players and present our issues to them in a more organized way than a bunch of forum posts
However the way most of the current CPM has presented themselves gives everyone the impression that they are CCP yes men and dont truly represent us which is partially due to them being appointed and not player elected, thats why a lot of people want to have election

The current CPM are discouraging that and their most valid argument is "We want to set up communication channels between the CPM and CCP so that a player elected CPM doesnt have trouble presenting player issues to CCP"
Of course the counter argument to that is that CPM 0 was created primarily to form a working system for the playerbase to elect our representatives and that theres also no proof that the people elected would have a more difficult time establishing a good back and forth with CCP and may even have it easier since different people have different levels of interpersonal skills
