 Please lower the recoil on assault scrambler rifles and make it's optimal range the same as the Ar, im pretty sure the scrambler rifles should nit have any recoil as its laser technology but removing it completely would make it very op

 So far I've only used the std rifle so I'm afraid I can't comment on either side of this.

 Lower recoil on AScR slightly and decrease dispersion slightly more slightly.

 Alternatively, you could also add a sharpshooter skill like with the AR and adjust dispersion.

 I'm on the fence about this simple since the ScR and AScR are already good guns.... if they get buffed or changed more and more people will call OP on the best balanced weapon CCP has made yet.

Good idea in general, I use the marksman version and hip firing is pointless with that thing, MOAR AKURASY. I think as long as no-one touches the cooldown rate (or even if they increase heat buildup on assault scramber so it takes less than 1.5 clips to overheat) It won't get hit with a nerf. It's just a more risk/reward version of the assault rifle, I don't think they're dumb enough to make it less powerful because then there would be no point in using it.

 Remove the recoil and the muzzle flash. The iron sight is worthless on the ASCR because the muzzle flash is so bright and huge you might as well close your eyes.

I wouldn't say worthless just somewhat irrelevant when you consider that the flash is more often than not preventing upper levels of accuracy. At close quarters it comes in hand yes, essentially because your target fills the sight and even with the flash you still cannot miss..... but out at longer ranges of 30+ meters it becomes a little harder to discern where the flesh begins and the cover starts.

 One thing I want y'all's opinion on is the proposed breach AR RoF buff.
 
 At one point Cat Merc Suggested a buff to 588.2 RPM, bringing the DPS to 500.
 
 I think 500 DPS is a bit high, so maybe 450-475 DPS?
 
 And your supposed buff to ADS kick would limit the usable range the thing.
