Those of us who have been around building point from the beta will remain but the newbie will never come around to help Dust grow. Its up to us to give CCP a S hit ton of money through microtransactions!!! everyone buy a elite pack today!!! Otherwise i fear for DUST 514... we only have 3000 players active everyday and soon we will have only have once the next gen games come out... SOB SOB.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (beating on Dust 514 chest) LIVE DAMN IT.. LIVE!!!!!!

I'm still newbie, I think...and love this game. I don't understand death when I see on average 30k+- people on all the time.

Im sad to say this but: That number counts Eve players, we are normally at 3 or 4 k players at all time, that isnt the best number ever, but is good enought for a MMO that has almost no adverstisment right now you can check more accurate numbers here http://eve-offline.net/?server=dust PD: Im not trying to disencourage you or anything like that, i love this game too, but you need to know the sad thruth but hey, if this "trick" has made peolpe stay in the game , then everything is good

Over 1000 players is at least an alive game, not much but still. Super Monday Night Combat is a dead game with only 20-40 players on daily and its sad :/

Also we've been getting ~5000 players daily. match making system will not make up for noobs spending all their day one SP on rediculous stuff and not being able to respec. Its a huge turn off to realize you messed up and can't fix it. You basically graduate the academy and realize you have lost all the sp you earned for the 40 hours of play time it took to get out of there and then have to decide if this is a game you want to continue investing time in post that loss.
