careful there, bob, we tied in our duel. today doesnt count bc it was 4 v 1. hahah. but even so, hotch and slap dont play anymore and i cant remember the last time i saw aldain. dont think i got the pleasure of fighting legend in the Great War though. |

Tanking was different back in ththe fast became legends and the slow were cast aside. part of how i got to the status i did was that i almoste day. It was less about your tactics, but who had the biggest railgun. those were the days :) |

maybe you dont understand how fun tank battles actually are. the death of a grunt is not much, but to lose a tank will set you back 7 games for just an OK one. you wouldn't understand. we dont tank to kill infantry or buff our KDR- we do it for the thrill of the tank battle. Knowing you have outsmarted someone and cost them millions, while avoiding your own death. there is no room for error in what we do. we think harder than anyone else in the game- i assure you. everything from calculating how to snipe a tank you cant see to understanding the elevation of your barrel compared to terrain, exactly when to active modules or start shooting, and most important of all- when to fight and when to run (this, above all else, is the telling factor of the great tankers). grunts do not understand any of this and never will. we play the most dangerous game there is and in chromosome when every tank did 5000 DPS, the stakes were even higher. |

there were others far better than any of us but they've long since left dust. im sorry i have seen you tank, you are ok but not great there char. this idea of the "BEST" here is more opinion based rather then skill. i know i make a good tanker maybe even a great tanker in some peoples eyes but i have beat some really good tanker and have had my bad moments as well and making a list wouldn't really be all that accurate.
challenge accepted. find someone who can beat me 1 v 1. since chromosome, the only person who has tied with me 1 v 1 was Bob. still undefeated in duels, technically. that means no AV and only 1 tank/team. too many variables, otherwise. this is also including times that ive went 1 v 1 on another tank, but another guy with AV helped me- doesn't count.
If you think there is anyone who still plays this game that can beat me 2/3, then do tell. |
