 not sure if this has been asked already, but as a logistics player (proper one ya know revive n fix people/lav/hav ect ect) can we be rewarded for this?
 
 even if it is a lower WP reward than usual, as i see no benifit to repairing a tank apart from the 'for the team', which lets be fair not many people play as a team

 I don't like it. You don't picture 8 people with a crap militia tool following one tank around the whole game abusing the WP? It repairs what 75 damage to vehicles. That is a lot of WP plus adding guardian bonuses I dunno just see just abuse as always. You even admitted you don't see the benefit now what you think will happen when there is a benefit? Abuse, abuse, abuse. Just woke up so not doin the math but say a 10,000 hp tank at 75hp/s uhhh yea abuse.

 we had this feature before. it was abused so much. maybe if they made it where the vehicle had to take damage from an enemy weapon then it would work. but til then no.

 So because some people abused a feature we should remove it completely instead of fixing the way it works? Nerf hearders go home.
 
 
 A per unit coolddown would fix any issue.

 Basically what happened:
 1. call in a dropship
 2. squad leader jumps in dropship, after putting defend order on his repper buddy.
 3. squad leader elevates dropship 5 feet into the air
 4. squad leader slams dropship into ground
 5. repeat steps 3 and 4 while repper buddy uses rubber bands to hold repper tool trigger down, and goes for a coffee
 6. profit
 7. (optional) perform steps 1 thru 6 behind the redline calling in orbital bombardments every 90 seconds or less.
 
 this is why we can't have nice things. *glances over at murder taxi trolls*

But that was before the cooldown we have now. When they restricted WP gain to infantry only, the also added the cooldown. Even with reduced WP gain, the current system would be okay for repping vehicles and even instillations.
