Doesn't take much but one person who knows how to Google since it's a prolific corporation. If I could easily find info on The Tickle Monsters and their close "friendship" with Nyain San and their tactics, you could easily look up WTF. I could've done it for you but there would be a fee involve. I'd suggest you or someone in your corp does it on their own though.

Not much point in having a district if your not going to defend it. Or just not bother defending your own turf and either A hire ringers or B try and pay them off. Also is this the final attack to take a district, if not maybe they are just looking for a good fight and not looking to take your district.

You just have to pick which one you prefer to do. The safest bet if you want to keep the district(s) is to hire the corporation who YOU think will be the best to defend it from them for you. If you really want the taste of PC than fight the battle yourself. We generally want indie corporations to get a taste of PC so they try harder and want to do more of it. So for WTF to do this, I can only think of two things: 1) they are d**ks 2) they are training their nubbies. Either way, good luck in your battles ! Second major corps like them are suppose to leave indie corps like mine alone, attacking us goes against the agreement put in place. its not disgraceful to attack, its disgraceful for them to attack an indie corp the same day it was given to them by Seraphim Initiative (same alliance as What The French)

I prefer to make a deal and not get in a battle with them if at all possible. I have been in PC battles before and i have had the real taste of it, i dont want to expose new players fresh from the academy to that yet. I want my new guys to get a few milion SP before being put into PC

I am also not fond of something like this taking up a spot for real corps that could get involved in PC, If they obtained the land though can't be mad at them.

The point in pc is so that you can earn ISK off of your districts but with the ability to defend your district or expand your holdings. You should wait until you get big before you step into pc. Don't come in with 4 members and want everyone to leave you alone. Larger corps are being respectful and looking out for the longevity of pc, by not attacking low sp or less skillful corps. But corps with less than 8 or so members on their roster shouldn't even be here. My suggestion to all indie corps and low skilled alliances, you should seek these sort of districts out and remove the corps from pc that only has a few members.

If you can't give +á good match whitout a full Team of ringers you should let your place to a bigger corp. Whatever, you wasn't many MTAC in this match but really good and close game. ;) I prefer an epic match lost than an boring red-line and free 2M isk.
