And I was one of the strongest opponents against it. Don't get me wrong, TeamPlayers has some amazing players and you guys are definitely one of the best. I don't deny you any of that.
That being said, I stuck with my corp cause I enjoy the people I play with that are in this corp. I think anyone would do the same. This is a case where our players were supposedly wanting a sense of "stability" because we had just gotten our asses kicked by TeamPlayers in a few PC matches, which cascaded into several great members leaving the corp for Hellstorm, among others. Im sure each person has their reasons which go beyond that simplification, but in effect it came down to the rest of us feeling pretty desolate.
We were subsequently kicked from the alliance for supposedly initiating hostilities without consulting the alliance. And yet only four (4) days later did LoI declare war on EoN.
I saw 0.H as a great collection of players that could field a solid 16-man team to beat TeamPlayers. We were pretty on par with you guys combat wise but were getting beaten strategically. It was great fun playing a team that actually made us take a step back and realize no one can really ever claim to be the best. And yet, after all that we decided that instead of trying to beat the "better" corp we would join them.
Pub stomping is fun and all but the goal of this game is to supposedly be competitive. I would much rather be fighting you guys and losing then not fighting at all. We are here to shoot and kill each other, survival of the fittest, not sit here and have tea parties about who has the biggest colorful sphere on the Starmap. |

This is another point I don't get... Everybody cries and moans how EoN blues up everybody but a lot of us are small corps. I speak for Teamplayers I assume the others aren't huge I could be wrong but hell Teamplayers is extremely small. People make it sound like we are 1k strong. |

Hi There ,
There seems to be some confusion regarding the make up and mentality of the EoN alliance. I hope to address these issues and resolve such narrow minded conclusions.
The EoN Alliance is a conglomerate of like minded corporations that feel that quality is just in some case better than quantity. Furthermore, We believe that that any corp of any size can become a great fighting force. Therefore, we firmly believe in letting indies corporations grow to their full potential. As for foreign policy, we're friendly with many outside corporations. However, we have a strict zero tolerance policy with terrorist organizations or affiliation.
Lastly, EoN is dedicated to creating a fun and rich experience to all corporations interested in Planetary Conquest. In order to achieve this monumental task, the EoN Alliance will be introducing a multi step program called the [FFBT] or Fighting For a Better Tomorrow. In the up and coming weeks we will dive deeper into this revolutionary initiative. However, what I can say for now is that the program is supported by three essential pillars.
1. Planet Fight Club
2. Indie Corp Application System
3. Blue District Organization of Non-Unionized Taxation
Like I said previously, in the upcoming weeks the EoN PR Department will go into each individual system and how it will make PC a much better place. Thank you for your time.

Mmmm.... Donuts.
FYI, for those of you talking about just how ridiculously huge EoN is: We have been the smaller alliance in EVERY War we've fought. We have at times been outnumbered more than 3 to 1.
Even with the recent acquisitions, we're STILL smaller than most of those alliances.
EoN. isn't huge, just successful.

Players want to fight. Players want to win. Players aren't paid from corporations. But get some ISK and salvage from battles.
Corporation Leaders want to farm. They don't worry about fun from battles. They worry about making money off farming.
Problem is the ISK generated from PC never trinkles down to the players in the corps. Make half of the ISK generated from clone sales be automatically given to players in the corp-along w/ a tax rate being set- And we'd see a real use of PC as well as for corps in general, as our reason for joining a corp now is nothing more than being able to squad up at will w/ other good players, which leads to pubstomps anyways. If players had tax rates they wouldn't want to stay in garbage corps that aren't successful, if isk was generated for corp members, the corps would only accept useful individuals. This would create a whole new meta game where everyone would be worried about KDR, ISK, SP, and the games "mercenary" system would be a hell of a lot more serious. |

I WILL say however if you aren't happy being apart of EoN NOBODY is forcing you to be here... with that being said I leave. LOL Xero your trolling is more ego driven and self destructive then the trolling I did back in closed beta/chromo. Kudos +1. A troll out for my own heart. <3
Trying to bait imps into coming back isn't going to work though. (the thinly veiled trolling was way to obvious btw) No one wants to play this garbage game anymore. For me every 2/3 PC matches I am getting 2-3 frames per a second and terrible lag which eventually bleeds over into pub matches permanently. (Idk maybe PC/dust melted my PS3.) No one wants to come back for that. You would be better trying to set something up on another game. You known one that is playable...
Teamplayers vs imps on black ops 2 or maybe PS2? I really had a fun time playing against TP that day despite the lag but this game is just to garbage to invest anymore time into. Attacking us on our last day in PC and playing the meta game so we wouldn't field our A team was impressive. But trolling us after we left the game for good, after we had been blued up before that comes off as petty. (Trolling or not.) The fact of the matter is you could have called us out when we were in full force but you didn't. Now that we are gone every troll and there mom comes out of the wood works to talk **** about how they beat us in a 8 vs 8 training match in closed beta. lolkeq. When we were actually playing in full force everyone either kept their mouth shut or they blued up with us. I could really care less though. I respect you as player and a troll and I will see you on PS2.
TLDR version-imps are not coming back to dust. Teamplayers vs imperfects on PS2 or CoD. I know it was fun but this game isn't worth playing. |
