Nerf LLAV speed and shield recharge rate- needs sacrifices

The LLAV has more base HP, 1 more slot, a built-in module that doesn't take up a slot, higher shield recharge rate, and NO trade-offs for all of those improvements. CCP, what happened to making specializations just side-grades instead of complete upgrades? Logistics LAVs specialization is only supposed to be moving medical stations with turrets, not a supper tanky LAV with more slots that does almost everything an LAV does better. Possible drawbacks for the LLAV specialization that should definitely be taken under consideration are decreasing the shield recharge rates and speed. Maybe even making the base HP the same as standard LAVs. The stats of the LLAVs need to match their intended roles.

I said this a long time ago and I'll say it again: If an LLAV is going to be as tough as a tank, it should move like one. I think 10% faster seems fair? Especially considering they're supposed to be repairing tanks.
