What Should be the measuring stick for balencing?
Vote 1 if you think PC should be the measuring stick
Vote 2 if you think Public matches should
Vote 3 if you think both should
Vote 4 if you think both should but PC should get Priority
Vote 5 if you think both should but Pubs should get Priority

Votes for 2
Votes for 3
Votes for 4

I can't choose a vote:
Public Matches are highly variable, nothing should be based on noobs vs. pros
PC Matches are all about high end gear, you won't see any STD on the field....or MLT
Both Pubs and PC are too far from the quote "ideal". So I think that things should be balanced on the way that an item was meant to be used. For instance, in the Blog on nerfing the Flaylock, they mentioned that what they built was not being used the way they really intended it to be, making it OP. Now they are bringing it down to earth with fixes that direct the weapon towards its "intention" |

1 is the obvious right answer, because it's the only thing with "persistence".
CCP has, and still is exclusively using 2. It's not even funny how much of a joke that is. |
