Hello. When I signed up for a Dust account and created my char, he wasn't getting passive SP. I waited several hours and played several rounds, but the skill points weren't coming in. Scratching my head, I decided to try creating another merc, switch the passive SP over to him, and then back again. That fixed the issue, and Zoun is now receiving his passive skill points.
Is this a known issue, or am I the first to experience/report this? |

create a 2ed character on that same account then switch the passive boost to that character then switch it back over to your main, yes it is a known issue |

How long ago did you create the character?

The character Zoun Valdrei joined Expert Intervention on 2013.07.23 at 21:09 EVE time which should coincide with the moment of character creation.
This issue existed about half a year ago and - to my knowledge - a fix was deployed. I was affected by this back then, but I got my missing SP reimbursed (and I assume everyone else affected, too).
It might be prudent to open up a support ticket for this, although maybe not necessary. |

I only missed out on a couple of hours worth, so I'm not going to make a big fuss about it. Just thought I'd draw attention to the fact that it happened at all. |
