I recently started playing "Dust 514" and i thought to myself, why not wait a few months for my skill points to build up then after those few months i played again and i made faulty choices i'm asking myself i need a respec to guide myself to the correct road because i already got into "Dust 514" and i'm not going to abandon it again and come back to it cos i wouldn't have anything else to do so i think because i and most other people just joined "Dust 514" we should be given the choice to respec once only because we we're to stupid to misunderstood the skill points power and uniqueness |

I'm all for allowing, say 3, respects for new players as long as you're in the academy.
I gonna tell you the same thing I tell meh friends that I bring to DUST. Make your character, turn on passive SP, then make an ALT.
Figure out the path you want to take and make all the mistakes you need while using your alt. When you think you've got a definite route/path THEN go back to your main and start spending.
Keep in mind that even after you've found a path to take that making yet another ALT wouldn't hurt as you could then try things that you feel you are "on the fence" about or even things you think you may not like at all!
The more you learn before spending that first point, the better of you'll be.

Who wants to waste their Summer Holidays to get SP you get me? i'm still up for it though but just the hard work and the time that has to be wasted. |

Nope. You get SP all the time. You made a mistake? Big ******* deal. Spend the next SP you're earning into the next skill you want.
I play Eve Online. After I started I spent a lot of SP into Industry and Marketing. Guess what: I don't do these 2 things now and I didn't get my SP back either. I didn't even want to. It was my decision. I just moved on and specced into what I want now. |

I guess your right, but it still takes quiet a while to get SP a week and only 2 million SP there's a lot of things that cost more but i agree with you anyways |

Honestly, I think that other than partial SP respecs for missing racial gear, the only other time that they should gives respecs is if they change something majorly. I'm talking removal or something like that. Otherwise, nope.
