Right now PC is pretty lethargic. It is just another Skirmish game that pays out monopoly money. There is no real difference between a defender and attacker other thank knowing the map. The attacker/defender relationship is non-existent.
The only thing that is going to make PC interesting right now is to bring back Skirmish 1.0. And no, I dont mean a revamped 1.0 where the defenders dont have the advantage.
This is my idea (feel free to give any feedback you wish)
PC uses Skirmish 1.0 exclusively
Defenders have the advantage (when do defenders not have an advantage in real life? They fortify their position as they see fit and they are fighting from a better position)
This is countered by a new mechanic for what happens during the attack phase. 1 - Attacks can happen every day 2 - While a district is under attack, their clone production is a fraction of what it would be (would make sense in RL right?)
This gives defenders the advantage in any given fight but it also gives the attackers the ability to 'grind down' the facility. A defender or an alliancemate can counter this by counter attacking from another district to reduce the clones or make the attacker back off.
This may need improvement or it might not even be the best possible option but we need something to make this feel more like war and less like .... boring |

If its to be a real link then the politics of both games need to mesh together as well. Think about all the fun that both sides would have in creating pure chaos in MH.

Right now MH is nothing more than a goldfish bowl that people stop in every now and again to see whats going on. |

I've talked to my some alliance mates about something like this
my idea was to have where EVE pilots would hire Dust corps (ideally ones in their alliance) to attack enemy districts by transporting clones to the planet by piloting the warbarge (This would require a new ship in EVE with little defensive capabilities and modules to increase clone transportation size (more clones transport at once to attack) or greater health when on the ground)
This makes a lot of sense because we are mercenaries we shouldn't be taking territories for ourselves
Skirmish 1.0 because honestly it makes sense
