We really did need these changes, PC was flooded with these weapons and it really eliminated the versitile players because well, like it says in the blog, those weapons were simply the best. So now you actually need gungame and a solid team to play dust, thats an improvement. A step in the right direction, CCP. lets do something right in 1.4 |

Yeah, people are mostly angry that there isn't any new content. I'd rather get crucial patches then random items just thrown at us.
Come October, we will see some major content introduced (my guess anyway since thats when the 10 anniversary thing comes out) |

If they wait until October, that will be a big plus for them. With many people taking a few months away from Dust to get their GTA 5 on, at least CCP won't have to make or break any promises, and they will have a few revision patches under their belt to get whatever balance pass they slap on to vehicles sorted out.
But then again, I doubt I'll be back to find out. GTA 5 will probably hold me over until the PS4, and then newer, properly developed games will be a more suitable investment of my time.
I get the feeling that 1.4 will end up coming out the same week as GTA 5, and even if they were to run a 20x SP event, with 1000x ISK payouts, I would rather be playing a real AAA title than watching a small developer shart all over the floor. |
