Could there be more game modes for instant battle. Such as. Example 1 ******************************************* Instant battle - Ambush OMS no squad. Style of game - Ambush OMS No teams or squad every individual for themselves. No infantry tags or health bars. Time limit on game 15 Minutes No Clones - mercs only get one try; you die you leave the battle. Spawn point can be selected from war barge. All SP, WP, and Isk to last merc standing. You die you earn nothing Winner is last merc standing or one with the most WP. *******************************************
Example 2 ******************************************* Instant Battle - Ambush OMS in a full city scape. Style of game - Ambush OMS Friendly Fire - is on. ID - No infantry tags friend or foe tag - just names Landscape - All city streets and buildings no open spaces. Basically an urban battlefield. Reduced gravity to improve free running style of play. Add a few surprises - SP chests, WP chests, traps. Any EVE player allowed to orbital. Although bunkers/cover are available for the mercs. ********************************************
Instant battle - Domination - Capture the flag Style of game - Domination Friendly Fire - is on. Landscape - random Defending team get 10 minutes on war barge to place OMS . then fight. Side with the flag at the end of game get ISK,WP and SP and salvage. Any EVE player allowed.

Another idea would be to have the existing Games modes but with Friendly Fire on. So there would be game modes in instant battle as they are now and another set with friendly fire on. So that we get the chance to shoot friend and foe alike and a bit more treachery. |

How about a map that is a labyrinth. No infantry tags so you find enemies by surprise. Capture Points are indicated but not visible until last corner etc.

How about a game with a capture point that is not a null canon but a vehicle or carrier full of loot. The winning team is the one that captures the vehicle and gets it back to base. What ever is in the carrier/vehicle is the reward for the team plus kills defending it.

I would like to request more maps and instant battle mode that favour a different style of fit or vehicle. Warfare is waged on different terrain and tactics, I would like to see this reflected in the maps presented for instant battle. Make it impossible to reach an objective unless you use Dropships, Make the distances so vast that the only timely method of reaching the enemy is via LAV. Make vast open deserted plains where only tank warfare will work. In short give us a variety of terrain suited to a style of play other than AR and we will come trust us. and after all it is only pixels in a box. |

Rather than seeing nerfing or balancing a weapon as the only option for the game why not set up terrain / maps /objectives to suit a weapon or style of play. More battle modes please |

Set up a map/terrain where sniping is impossible, where you can not see across the map to use a rail gun to hit the enemy. Make the maps more three dimensional, fight up stair cases to the top of towers, fly to mid level mezzanines to drop off troops. vary the terrain do not nerf the weapons.

Make more objectives than the null canons. Randomly surprise us. Like randomly pick a merc for the entire battle and for anybody killing that merc during the game, 100 times the wp/sp load.
