A puff of smoke of the failed spell summons a CPM member instead.

The plasma rifle is considered a staple standard for all rifle type weapons and basically any new gun in the same category should deflect off on the trend the AR sets. You will see more of this as they add in the gauss and combat rifles.
Similar to how the scrambler pistol sets the precedence for pistols, its hyper lethal when used right, the flaylock is getting nerfed down to its level so that direct hits still makes it an extremely deadly weapon.
Right now there isn't enough of 'establishment' for everything though so its hard to get things balanced at the very moment until the entire lineup is completed. |
