Interesting notice appeared in the neocom earlier regarding 'Explosives Dampening' measures being taken by Concord, something about 'reducing civilian casualities'.. Now, I dont keep much stock on Fused Locus Grenades - around eight or nine cases in the cargo bay - mostly because theres been a few accidents in the logistics department during shipping with the dropsuits... Damn, volatile little things...
However, I have to say, Concord better be careful on their control measures toward us Mercenaries. Im sure the Matari and Caldari arms manufacturers are fuming mad at reduced efficiency of their product, hell Id even goso far as to say its going to affect the economy of them once the older models are all used up..
Oh well, nothing like the rush of potentially blowing yourself up with thestandard models. Though, I wonder if theyre going to remove restrictions on Allotek's make and model of the Plasma Cannon... |

I had once managed to raid a shipment of packed AV grenades. The freakin' things had been hacked with some shotty secondhand electrical work. The shockwave that happened the first time I turned one of those steel-chasers loose was enough to blow out the sensors in my C-1. It became apparent to me right then that were reasons why we need skilltraining to handle those devices. As far as placing CONCORD limits on them though? No.
Frankly, I feel like CONCORD is just looking for reasons to fine us these days. They are afraid of us, blasted eggers. If they really wanted to place restrictions to limit civvy deaths, maybe they should start by putting an end to orbital strikes. Maybe locus grenades can ruin a room or blow a man in half, but those starships can level a city. |

Or maybe quit preventing us from firing back... |

During the early days CONCORD had no idea how to deal with legions of immortals. Some of my easiest, bloodiest contracts were uprooting local populations. They have reorganized and have started to crack down and sniff out war crimes, but I can tell you right now that they are simply fighting to catch up, not get ahead. Their failure has generated massive profits for individuals who have gone on to become corporation heads. I'm not proud of admitting that fact, but you need to realize that if CONCORD really wanted to make a difference they should start by enforcing the laws they already have in place rather than attempting to play boy-and-the-dam with mercenaries. |

I had heard similar talk the other day. I know someone who knows something about the inner workings of CONCORD. Guess it's time to look her up. |

Heh wait till you have deal with one of CONOURD hunters :-(. My question is who is taking contracts near civilians this sounds more like handling accidents tbh. Still can't blame them after the laser rifles and swarm issues we have had in the past |
