as much as i support your cause you should give up. most tankers have, who do you represent at this point? im a shield tanker and im quiting if they really nerf armor tanks in 1.3. srly, screw this game. it WAS fun but this game gets worse the older it gets |

i represent the people who haven't giving up, if everyones given up, then i represent myself. Sometimes to start a movement, you don't need a large backing, just a single voice, and the will to have it be heard. |

they are not nerfing armor tanks they are fixing the repair module, even if this will make them extremely useless vs av it has to happen. so that they can actually start balancing tanks....... Not saying they ever will, but if they did decide to do so they have to fix the reps. |

It isn't a "FIX" you ask any vehicle driver in the game and it's a nerf. If they take that away, madrugars will continue to leave DUST like they already are beause they'll be useless |

yeah.... good luck with that. CCP hates tanks so much they closed 30 pages of constructive feedback they called it a rant. "hey these guys have some good points... oh their tanks, nvm. their just QQing. Lock the thread". and in responce to our concerns and trying to balance the game for the good of the game they nerf the class in question. In fact, every tanker and anyone involved in AV posted on the forums asking the shield and armor tanks to be set more equal and done so specifically in a buff to shields and no nerf to armor. We specifically asked for that, and their nerfing armor. Give up yet? cuz everyone with half a brain did yet. Keep trying and their gona buff AV again and nerf tanks even further than they plan |

So update the tooltip to reflect in game value, big woop. Takes 10 seconds, CCP.
The is a definite difference between nerf and fix. Nerf would lower repair rate to reflect tooltip, and fix would be to update tooltip to reflect in-game, actual repair rate,

i have a heavy with like 1.5 SP into it lolol. nope, im far more intrested in scout than heavy. They are not what they used to be and the class sucks past basic suit |

I hate to advertise, but I'd like some feedback on a couple of my threads. They regard buffing shields. I believe that shields should be brought to be on par with armor tanks, and not the other way. I believe these two simple suggestions will put shields on par with armor, while still being unique. I want CCP to see well thought out suggestions.
A Buff for Shield Boosters
A Buff for Shield Recharge
If you really want CCP to balance things correctly, then people should pay more attention to threads like these. Talk about what you think. Talk about any problems you might see. Just talk and it will bring someone's attention. I think balancing shield vs armor first would make vehicles vs AV an easier balance altogether. |
