As of recent:
Due to the sneaky acts of EVE director, he was able to withdraw all the shares of Not Guilty. This is all news to me, I don't know much about EVE.
This being said, this EVE director who shall remain nameless, revoked my role as CEO. To leave him with nothing, a new corp will be formed.
The responsibilities of being a CEO isn't easy.
I am too worn down & do not have the energy to build a corp back up from scratch again.
I have stepped down as CEO and Lordchaos QC will be taking over.
As for me, I plan to join TeamPlayers. They seem to usually be down on a heavy in early mornings & that is where I can step in. Hopefully the officials of TeamPlayers show mercy for a weak mortal as myself.
I do not seek any major roles, only to help the same family I've been helping all along, but only this time, under the same tag. |

Did he rob the corp wallet?
Will your members survive without you leading?
Was this a close betrayal, and if not why was an eve player given directorship?
TeamPlayers operates in the morning? Does this pickup somehow enable them to hit SI more?

All due respect, I am rather confused on what exactly has occurred? An EVE director can not 'revoke' your position as a CEO. Even with this due, you also go further to explain that you have stepped down as a CEO? Dust has no interactions with shares at this point in time, although that would be really cool if we did. So I am not sure if this proclaimed EVE director took all the corp ISK or really what has happened from this?

You must not play Eve.
Eve corporations that are set up in a certain way (the default) have 1000 shares that can be distributed. Each share gives a 1/1000th share of voting power. If a majority of shareholders by weight initiate a vote to replace the CEO by another character that is in the corporation, that motion will go to vote. Another weighted count determines whether or not it passes.
Thus the Eve character who created Not Guilty took all 1000 shares while he was CEO (in the corp creation). He then initiated a vote and made himself CEO.

Looks like I learned something today. Thanks Leither for clearing that up. Wasn't exactly sure how that worked seeing how it was mainly a Dust corp with an EVE presence, didn't think the shares still meant anything. Nonetheless, that's lame and low of them. |

We were able to act quickly enough and save the corp wallet.
Chaos is a great leader. I have faith in his leadership.
We were good friends before Not Guilty was even formed. This was close to a surprise.
Operating in the morning are possible but not prime time. I'm able to be on during most morning and those morning when TP hit SI, I'll be around. No, I am American.
That is up to the officials of Team Players.

I am not a EVE player. Nor will ever be. To enter your corp into a alliance, you need a EVE toon. The betrayers EVE toon took all of the Corp's shares when really all he was supposed to do was enter us into EoN.
The plan was to remake Not Guilty, keep me as the CEO.
Like I said, I, in a lazy explanation "Do not feel like building a corp back up".
Some would say there isn't any differences but the tag but it is much more dense than that. |

I'm really amazed a great corp like Not Guilty fell to this incredibly easy to accomplish takeover. This has been possible since day one of DUST, and several corps have fallen to it. People don't learn. |

Was the corporation created DUST side or EVE side originally? When I asked CCP about this issue way back they said that corps created by DUST characters should automatically have the shares moved to the CEOs wallet. https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=850760#post850760
E: Basically I'm trying to understand if you had an EVE character make your corp for you and he seized your shares, or if you made it as a DUST character and had an eve character join in order to transfer the corp to an alliance. |
