I often play pub games, and I usually like hearing my teammates on the channel. Useful info is rare, but much appreciated.
The other day I heard 2 guys fighting over ham sandwich, people discussing the contents of a corndog, and some guy mumbling to himself like he was Dr. jackle & Mr. Hyde. Funny!
But there's one thing I hate... People whistling!
Today (or yesterday) there was this guy whistling the Emperor'a March in his mike, probably being Darth Vader in his own head. Later on, we were feasted on a very 'interesting' version of Indiana Jones.
Please don't!
It might sound magnificent in your ears, but to others, who hear it over the internet and in a crappy head phone, it sounds like the devil screeching his nails across a blackboard.

Watch for the green light and mute as needed. There is so little useful convo in pub matches though I usually just leave voice off if I'm running solo. |

Ok does it upset you if I sing some Frank Sinatra? And sometimes I doo ***. This is all in war warbarge though. Sometimes I can't help but sing "Saturday night is the loneliest night of the week" but I don't whistle. |

Last night I was in the middle of a skirmish when a new name joined the battle, and we were all treated to the sounds of hardcore pornography playing VERY LOUDLY in the background. In this case, I would have enjoyed the whistling. |
