I think that the main problems of grenades are: 1. They're too good 2. They're too plentiful
So here are my fixes: 1. Reduce splash radius from 6/6.6/7.2 to 5/5.5/6. 2. Only allow to carry 2 grenades. 3. Can't restore grenades from nanohives, only supply depots. |

Remember when the grenade indicator was more obvious in Chromosome? I want that back. Oh, and let's get rid of those stupid contact grenades or give me contact fluxes. |

I've always wanted the Locus nades to do 300/400/500 damage across the tiers, but no one agrees with me. If they did that kind of damage the Contact nades (if CCP insist on keeping them in the game) could do 200/300/400 damage.
Limiting it to 2 carried nades and/or no resupply from Nanohives would also work I guess. I think their splash radius should stay the same. |

Contact grenades should be pitiful... or i like the idea of making them like flashbangs... ninja smokebomb style |

No nano hive supply for nades makes taking out vehicles more difficult. Only real problem with grenades is the contact ones (who da hell came up with that?). Not only do you have to wait till proto to get them (actually a good thing) but you can use AUR and get them without any skill needed (WTF CCP!?). I'm not saying allow ISK nades at lower level, I'm saying restrict AUR nades till later level! (at least advanced)

I think they should replace contact grenades with sticky grenades, that way you need to have real skill to stuck the grenades to the enemies. |

I want more variety in grenades, truly unique grenades. grenades that affect critical things besides health: like vision, hearing, shield recharge, equipment failure for a limited time, movement speed. contact grenades are cheap, mlt grenades are too powerful. An e-grenades that takes down all information from the screen.
A precision strike that kills anything and also removes or damages all equipment on the field. |
