Terms & Conditions:
Exactly 100,000 ISK must be transferred to the character PlasmaBall before the downtime occurring on the date of July 26th, 2013. Only one entry per character will be accepted. The winner will be determined by random number generation, and will be announced publicly on Friday July 26th, 2013. The Grand Prize will equate to 95% of all ISK generated by the contest. The remaining 5% will go to the "my main needs a dropship" fund.

Yup that's fine then as long as he isn't cheating the winners out of what they should win. I have little to no tolerance for scamming.

I don't want to suffer backlash on my 10M SP main, and as such I won't be scamming on this character as I've made no effort to hide the identity of my main. Although, I will admit that it's unfortunate that proof of last week's lottery came from a character with no financial history.
