When there are less than 1000 players, and all of them have enough SP to not need to buy boosters anymore, then we will get a rollover SP system.

Yeah, because that doesn't happen already.
The only thing the current SP limitation does is prevent new players from getting to a reasonably competitive level as fast as they want. It also promotes booster sales, but that is by design.
Maybe stomping noobs is by design to? Given how CCP likes to treat new players in Eve, maybe the plan all along was to let a core of vets feel better about themselves by mopping up hopelessly outclassed opposition. |

Around 10,000 players last time I looked compared to around 42,000 the previous time. Which in Dust terms could both be under 5k. |

Remove the SP cap. All the threads about Respecs will die down or even disappear. No cap helps everyone at this point. |
