10 days from the end of July.
Come on CCP, don't pull a CCP on us and release the patch notes a day before the release.
Instead of letting us complain about stuff that's going to be fixed, how about just show us the update and get good PR instead?
It was done on the 1st of July, the QA process is probably done or almost done by now, nothing stopping you from sharing, so come on CCP. |

HMG gets a buff - in price.

Game mechanics improved - by breaking them.

Actually it was a stealth patch that is keeping track of stats, as far as I know. If I'm wrong let me know.
