We dont stack our corp with elite players, we take players who we see potential in and/or want to be apart of something bigger than just a dust corp

ARD is a solid solid corp, TeamPlayers was a great corp that became amazing after PFB rage quit.
They do have very different philosophies. ARD accepts new players, and the like. TeamPlayers doesn't ever take new guys, just well known vets that (for the most part) play well in their roles. I personally respect RND more and Synergy Gaming more and people like pro hic more and hellstorm more and not guilty and red star cause they improve dust by fostering newbros each day. You won't see the likes of Xero explaining how to shotgun to a noob.

Im not into coaching little league and peanut league ball. I have always looked for individual skill coupled with good teamwork and a mentality that is open to working within the framework of the team to perform their individual role in whatever strategy is set forth at a particular time. Funny thing about xero. He knew nothing about shotguns, got his respec, and annie mentored him. Xero in turn helped mentor flaming reaper who switched to shotgun as well. Gotta love unknowing outsiders that, well, know nothing....Jon Snow. I respect and admire most corps out there that teach players how to play and build from the ground up. I've been gaming competitively for way too long and add to that I have 2 young children of my own that I focus my efforts on teaching. Just how I roll and how this clan has always operated
