Ok so i have been flying Assault dropships (ADS) lately and i have learned to deal with most of the biggest complaints like the lack of Hp, hard to aim, etc, but here is my only and biggest complaint... the knockback of the flaylock pistol when i get hit by it. I am not using this issue to call for a nerf to the gun, i can understand to power it has on the ground (i mean come on it's a rocket pistol i would be mad if it wasn't a little OP, just saying).
Here is one of the many scenarios that lead up to this post:
I'm flying my ADS around the map blowing up turits, cars, etc. and i take a hit from a forge (or railgun not 100% sure) and it knocks me back and up a little but i pull it out and mange to get behind a tower and rep up, next i flyout to bring some more heat to the enemy and i get hit by swarms and again i take a little knock back but pull it up and take cover, next i fly low behind a sniper and get ready to shoot him and he pulls a flatlock out and i watch as he shoots me twice before i can get a shot off and it proceeds to flip my dropship UPSIDE DOWN... Thus blowing it up. I could tell you of 15+ times things like that have happened to my dropshot at the hands of a flaylock.
I find it ridiculous that a sidearm has more kickback than a tank railgun or a forge gun.
I beg you to please fix this, i'm not sure how long i can keep buying 500k isk dropships that can be knocked out of the sky by a 20k isk SIDEARM! |

Update: This wasn't fixed by the flaylock nerf. And also the knockback is the same (if not worse) from bluedots flaylock's, i've lost 2 dropships over the last week to smart a$$ bluedots. |
