I now have two characters that are at 6 million SP since I started really playing in march. Then I went back to my BF3, COD:BOII, Halo 4, MWO and CS:GO. And I just can't log into this game anymore for fun. 6 months of play and 2 characters at 6 million SP and a few others at 2-3 or 4 million SP and I just can't find this game fun. The controls are sluggish, the item and skill sheet is still incomplete. We have skills for suits not even in game but still only have one race of heavy..... It is a disaster. Ashes to ashes, DUST is done. I log in, and since they added the pod pilots again to the player count you see 40+ thousand people online. Then I look at my EVEMON and notice that 42 thousand of those players are pod pilots. Leaving less than 5k on the DUST service. At primetime. So I will let my booster elapse. If I get kicked from corp it doesn't matter. Really nothing matters in this game. People here talk about how COD is weak and how DUST has persistence and consequences. . . Where are they? Where in the putrid bile of a FPS is the persistence? We can't make anything or trade with other people. We can't even see the effects of holding a planet other than a paltry sum in the corp account every so often for holding a district. DUST514 is supposed to be a FPS. As a FPS it is not fun to play. So I am done playing DUST514until such time as they make DUST514 a good FPS. ** all the little added boni and stupid ** that doesn't matter. Fix the core of this game so that it is more fun than the rest of the FPS out there on the market, and maybe people will come back. Until then, peace.

I'd come back and check in a year or 2... maybe 3. About the sluggish controls, can you be a bit more specific? controller lag? lack of aim acceleration? unresponsive?

Is it hard to maintain a good KDR? Do you PTFO? Or sit back and camp(boring and not fun). If any of these things happen to you I could see why your not having fun and leaving. Know this though. Everytime I do good and have a competent team and we win, I have fun. Everytime I'm with a team of retards who don't PTFO and I get a $#!+ KDR trying to be the only one PTFO'ing I do not have fun. Or when I play ambush and the entire enemy team consists of Proto-Caldari pub-stombers and my team consists of noobs, I feel like shutting the game off because getting pub stomped is no fun at all. I still stick with it knowing not every match will be like that. I know I'll get my chances of stomping too.

Damn, Noc is on a roll today. Never believe CCP is one of my personal mottos, learned after much hoping and optimism was crushed.

I can realate so much, and feel your pain. like for instants i was in a domination today me and one other guy were the only ones ptfo'ing the rest of the team and i couldn't belive it were either afk'ing or just simply walking around the edges of the map doing nothing. literally as far away from the objective as possible almost like it was poisonous.
