Being one speced into vehicles, I've used all types and dealt with swarm launchers as a common threat. Since uprising it seems swarms have become OP ddue to the fact that they are constantly invisible to the driver other than the explosions from their impact. This results in the driver not knowing where to look for the enemy with the swarm to kill them or to know which way is safe to retreat. This, I've noticed is more common in tanks, dropships next, and in lavs the least. It effects mainly those who use the more expensive vehicles causing unnecessary loss of ISK. If possible, this glitch should be fixed with the next update. Also I do not know if this is related to how it seems to be hard to see enemies and other entities at distances you should be able to and if so is the root of this problem and hat should be the matter focused on. Thank you. |

By my mistake I also forgot to mention how swarms at times can go through props and terrain. If this is something on the games end or based off network connection I'd like to know. |

Thank you. It is frustrating but the fix to this problem is to have a good gunner who is nearly always covering your arse so you can tell where they came from. You can see the explosions when they hit you if not the vapour trail. |

Well, I'm usually on the swarm end of it, but when ever I've launched a volley the driver seemed to be able to tell what direction I was pretty quickly. And I haven't noticed my swarms going through anything. |

The explosions are OP. They murder my frame rate and I can't see what I'm shooting at. |

Whenever the user of the swarms is out of your draw distance, the missiles are invisible. You can 'guess' where they are coming from the angle of impact, but it is hella annoying knowing that he/she can see you so much easier than you can do him.
I don't mind the Swarms. Just make the person using them at least enter the draw distance of the tank being shot at. |

Invisible swarms is a bug, not OP.
Yes its frustrating and needs to be fixed, however using this as a reason to nerf the weapon would be strange. |

Agreed, more of a bug than an OP mechanic. Annoying as hell though. |

I don't want swarms nerfed, heck they are fine with how thy are now but the invisible ness due to how far the launcher is is what needs fixing. I think damage and such is perfect. I only find it when thy are invisible to be OP and not normally. Glad to see I'm not the only one bugged by it though. |

I am having the same problem with invisible swarms and they go right through some buildings. But that is what is to be expected from proto level equipment i guess. and for all of us tankers, it has become quite a problem that since there was the increased sp event, more and more people have proto level a/v. I used the sp event to spec into a madrugar, and seems as if every opposing team has at least one person with wirykomi swarm launcher. which is fine, they used a lot of sp, but i just cant get away from the damn things. lol. 500k a pop for my tanks (i made them cheaper e.g. standard level turrets, militia overdrive and pg upgrade,, and militia heat sink ), and they take me out before i can even see where they are. |
