I know the game uses an older game engine, but surely the varying tiers of guns could look a bit more different other then colours?
DUST is set in the future, so why in some ways has the tech gone backwards? No underslung launchers for AR etc
Let us buy sights for them ( I dont want a sniper scope on my duvolle, but a reflex sight would be good).
Let HMG users have a laser sight or something that would make sense on those guns.
When you buy a higher grade gun which has a bigger magazine, show that in game, would it be so hard to implement a SD style mag on the SMG or AR
I am not asking for nerfs or buffs, just something to make them stand out a bit more other then a paint job.
Same with the LAV, Why not let us buy roll cages or hell better suspension so the sodding things dont roll all the time?
As others have said, let us replace the gun mount on the rear of an LAV with something else like a mobile supply depot (limit this to one unit per team per game so its not game breaking) let us pay fpr paint jobs etc, we are mercsm these are things we buy with ISK, so let us make them truly ours.
Feedback that is useful from other players and the DEVS would be great, any trolololers can STFU now as you are not needed here. |

Someone even suggested a mod that would go into the small turret slot that allow for more passengers.
But yea, more style would be nice. If this is going to slow the progression of DUST then I don't mind waiting a bit first but even if it was soonTM I would be happy. |

The problem here is that the Tranquility server has to keep track of every player, as well as their dropsuit and it's weapons/modules. Do this for 32 players and you've got a lot of calculations for Tranquility to make. It's a great idea to have customisable weapons, something which CCP have acknowledged they want to do, but right now it's just not possible. |

I think you are refering to brother Godin's vehicle equipment idea, and someone suguested that if left wmpty, some could "grab" onto the hull itself where that equipment would have been. Turrets should do this as well though: take a turret out, and a infantry ubit could jsu sit there. Funny though, that would probably be more effective than the small turrets itself (Forge Guns instead of Small Rails, Plasma Rifles instead of Blasters, etc.) Which is, quite frankly, pretty damn sad.
