Caldari Assault + Mass Drivers + Flaylocks
So the logi suit got nerfed, big deal. The assault suit got a buff, while the suit that IS SUPPOSE TO BE ITS OPPOSITE, gets nothing. The Gallente.
So yeah, no worries guys. The cal assault is just as OP as the cal logi was while armor is still crap in this game.

I always used mass drivers anyway and how the heck did people get like 1k EHP? I only get like 600 eph on my proto ( I did*). |

You know, in pubs at least., there's something like 5 to 10 times as many kills from the AR as either the flaylock or the MD. Doesn't that make the AR the flavor of the game, month or otherwise?

I don't play them anymore. PC games is what i mentioned above.
If it's one thing PC games are good for is to see what's the new OP **** around.
Majority of the time you see Caldari suits, MD's, Flaylocks, contacts nades, core locust nades.
1-2 heavies, 3-4 AR's, 1-2 shotguns... that's it. |

Yea. Those that do, go into pubs and offload their OP set up on noobs, then those noobs find out what the FoTM is, and spec into that. Then next thing you know, all you ever see is Caldari suits.
Can't blame them, armor sucks. I wish I can get a respec to get rid of this Gallente crap I have.

aside from friendly fire being on in PC can someone please tell me why PC is so much tougher than pubs and the standard for determining what the best gear is?
the way I see it in PC everyone on your team is working together = easier
in a pub your own team screws you over half the time in a plethora of ways=harder
in PC you know who you are up against and have had like a day to prepare for it= easier
in a pub your thrown into a mix of god knows who on both sides fitted with god knows what employing who knows what kind of tactics (if any)=harder
in PC you make a lot more money for your trouble(granted the corp spends quite a bit but im speaking from the player perspective) =easier
in pubs 300 or 400k is a really good day= harder
so whats all the lol pub nonsense?

There's no blueberries out there on your team or the enemy team. Usually everyone is using proto gear, and using the most OP stuff available to them.
Some teams workout a truce about what weapons are "banned" while other teams rely on their crutches. |

You forgot to add flux grenades which BTW have a 23.6 ft splash radius at proto. |

It's not about the explosion spam. MD's are seriously too weak to matter against shields. (though this changes when you add flux grenades). It's about the instant kill and "clone death" that matters in a PC match. You don't want people to be revived, you want to kill clones. Especially as a defender against a 100 clone starter pack.

MD was always gimped in CBs. It's been nerfed since then and dropsuit EHP got a significant buff, so I imagine the results are going to be the same for PC. |

Even though armour sucks it's still possible to do well. I am Gallente through and through, I can only imagine how godly I might be if I had complex shield extenders instead of basic plates. |
