You'll do fine. Not bad, really... except the fact the Flaylock is going to be nerfed officially. It might be a direct shortcut, but it still takes tons of SP. 1 more million for complex shield extenders as well.

Only thing that perhaps needs to change is "Heat Build-Up Per Second" to "Heat Build-Up Per Shot" to fix the modded controller issue. I have a feeling people have been coming across guys with imperial scrambler rifles who land a charged shot on you followed up by a few shots and die in a just a second despite your massive shields. That's not the scrambler rifle firing too fast, that's someone taking advantage of the charge. And don't say the charge is OP, that's the role its designed for. Try taking a scrambler rifle in close combat, you'll miss a bunch of shots and overheat quickly, you'd be far better trying to take a TAR up close.
