I'm a caldari logi and I do think that 5 high and 4 low are so helpful and I really cannot understand why does the other racial logis do not have the same amount of modules. In my opinion, all racial logistics dropsuits should have the same amount of modules and what makes the difference between them is the racial bonus. Just create another racial bonus for each race.
People complain that why logis are fighting back. They suppose to be a support role. Fine. Removed all the equipment slots of assaults and scout because they suppose to attack and infiltrate. blah, blah, blah.
It really doesn' tmatter how good your dropsuit is becuase Lavs, MD, contact nades and flaylocks rule dust 514. I have played games where 4 lavs were running around and I lost 3 proto suits. LOL. Dust is such a cute FPS.
Ahhh, and I almost forgot to say this; at one point I hit one of the lavs with an av nade and almost kill the lav, so the driver comes out; a cali logi too just like me, duvolle AR just like me. We are one on one, bullets fly. I hit him he hits me. I'm out gunning him.... 50% left of his armour left, I have 10% of my shields and all my armour. I'm about to get the killed him and then....... he uses an fused nade. He won. Great, amazing, fantastic FPS. HAHAHAHA.
I'd love to say that the game is gonna get better, but........ we have had the same encouraging bugs for over a year. I love to get stuck in containers, stairs, invisible walls, mountains and basically any structure in the maps while I get shoot at. WAIT.... I'm being to harsh, I should not say anything bad about dust 514 because the aim is unbelievable good and the hit detection is one of the best in the FPS market. 4000 daily player base in a 78 million playstations 3 sold. GREAT, we are going in the right direction. YES, YES, YES. Two game modes skirmish and ambush for a year now. Ambush and Ambush OMS... Ambush. PC, FW, domination (skirmish with one point), and skirmish..... all skirmish. So much variety that sometimes it takes me a while to pick a one.
Long live lavs, flaylock, contact nades and MD's. Dust 514 or like i called it 514....321 dust. (throwing dust into the air).
Hurry up, 50% discount in M2 cavity contact nades. Great offer for a non-pay-to-win game. |

in terms of module slots.. the non-amarr logis are balanced.
There is 12 slots for each suit.
Min is 4H/4L/4E Gal is 3H/5L/4E Cal is 5H/4L/3E.
Now arguing that 1L =/= 1E is another thing altogether, but in terms of # of slots the logi frames all have 12 slots.
For Amarr Log, it was decided that 1S = 1H + 1L + 1E. You can argue whether or not that is balanced as well, but that was clearly what remnant decided.
Why Remnant decided Amarr Logis should get the shaft in PG/CPU and move speed is really odd though imo. tbh a sidearm slot isn't worth 3 modules, a good chunk of base move speed, and a huge loss in PG... but maybe that's just me. |
