Further than that, do this: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=94245&find=unread Take out the WP requirement for Orbitals in PC along with the War Barge strike, and make the satellite in orbit work like the control bunker in FW, such that you sit on it for a period of time (30,60,90 seconds or whatever) and at the end of each cycle, a strike becomes available. This way, the EVE player in orbit is a serious threat to guys on the ground, and Dust players have more incentive to try and get EVE players to support them. Before anyone cries imbalance, just have orbital defense cannons implemented at the same time, so you can shoot back at the EVE player. BALANCE.
