Gallente advanced medium suit. Don't remember the name of it.
Either advanced mass driver or assault scrambler rifle. Although I want to skill into the GEK and give it a try.

Maybe I am just overly used to trying my damndest every week to reach the cap. I miss some, yes, but as a regular Dust player nothing is worse than missing out on the cap.
Players who don't play often, likely never hit the skill-cap except on rare occasions... like yourself.
