Just a thought that I was having. I'm reading a lot of posts where guys are saying that people are standing in nanos and spamming contact grenades. Or, just refilling their lolflaylock pistols after spamming them. Also, a lot of tankers used to complain how infantry just need nanohives and grenades.
So, I'm wondering should nanos be replaced with indestructible and more supply depots? It would definitely put a hurt on the grenade spam. Once you've thrown your contact grenades, then that's it unless you run to the nearest supply depot. Tanks won't be able to be solo'ed by AV grenades..will require simultaneous teamwork. Snipers & forge gunners won't be able to camp without leaving the spot.
lol, I'm not sure if I would vote to remove nanos but I'm curious to know what the community feels. |

Well, yeah it would hurt infantry vs tank....but instead of nerfing AV, that could be a balanced solution. |

Just heap on the logi hate. That's why I quit your corp. Hostile work environment for logis. And I suck...but I never stuck around for yall to figure that out... They could tune it other ways though. They could make the resupply rate for grenades MUCH slower rather than nearly instant from nanohives.
No reason to just screw logis even more. |

I don't want to sound like a **** and I'm not sure how this will come out but tbh, I think you got in as a favor to someone else. We figured it out a long time before you left. But you are a cool guy and I don't remember who you came in on the strength of.....but those are the reasons why you were able to hang out.
I don't hate logis..I just feel that assault guys can do the same job as a logi. Especially now, since assault guys are all using logi suits. And I'd rather have a guy that can shoot with a heavy than a guy that's just repairing the heavy. |

Only the people that stay there but for others, they will switch to their try-hard suit, get some kills, go back to the supply depot and change to another try-hard suits to get their armor back to full, rinse and repeat. |

I would be more in favor of contact grenades being unstable. Each one could have a 5% chance of blowing up the instant the pin is pulled. I think the hilarity of a nader self destructing would be a fair trade for keeping them around. |

Here's the thing, you are suggesting a massive change to fix one small problem: grenade spam. It would be easier if supply depots and nanohives only dispensed grenades once every 8 seconds or so per person. |

The only time that can become a problem is if they're standing in a pile of proto hives. Every other type of hive gets eaten with the quickness by replenishing grenades. |

I think the biggest issue would be how this could center combat around Depots. However it might be interesting to alongside the normal depots have a depot which needs to be repaired, then perhaps hacked before use and can be repaired again after being destroyed. It would probably need to weaker then normal depos and more susceptible small arms fire. I'm think similar to the Killzone 3 ammo boxes were. |

Booby, you know I'm usually running with my big boy nanos. And in a battle....everything is proto or complex. No, advanced or enhanced gear are used. And I'm sure others are doing the same. |

It may center combat around depots but then if one is trying to win, they'd be playing the objectives and would have to leave the supply depot.
Besides, I've seen fights centered around CRUs. |
