I saw a caldari logi dude with nearly 700 shield and 250 shield, so what are going to be the stat for their heavy. got to be higher shield or something |

Caldari will be 1million shields. All others will be approximately 500. |

Caldari heavy will have ridiculously high shields but will be too slow to get away and take cover for them to recharge, and a flux will render them hilariously useless as they are too fat a target and too slow moving to get out of the way, especially with them likely having the slowest heavy, maybe best-case tied with Ammar. Some die-hard caldari will use it though.
Gallente will be hilariously the opposite, and most people will flounder as they won't have a real logibro backing them up so as a primary armor tank normal grenades will eat them alive, some might get it to work though as a nice "alpha" suit for a single engagement due to high EHP, but ultimately the armor tanking combined with the ****-poor regen will make them unpopular with the low shield buffer. This one I'll probably use as it is close to the "golden era' of heavies with 100-200 shields and 800-1.2K armor.
Minnies will have the "fast" heavy suit, and people will quickly realize that the sacrificed stats for a slightly-faster fat suit are rarely worth it, but a hilarious racial bonus plus the looks will make some use it.

That will be about the right of it.
Galletean Armour will have a similar level of Armour while the minnies will have slightly less overall EHP that the Amarr one and be the fastest of the racial suits with a bonus of the ammo cap of primary weapons. |

To be a bit more serious and help out the OP:
Caldari will probably be a shield tanker, no idea on the racial bonus though.
Gallente will be the best armor tanker, probably a bonus to close-range weaponry.
Minmatar will be the "fastest", have higher shields, but will be the flimsy of all the suits. For the racial bonus, mehh, maybe better at carrying his own artillery cannon? |
