Seriously CCP, thank you so much for lowering speed/stamina. One of my corp mates (on my alt char) always complains about it but I'm like "dude, I'm so happy."
Now, I really respect anyone playing a scout fit religiously, except for shottygobang (if you're reading this: please stop, because I have to turn the other way every time I see your name float by in red), but if you're planning on returning stamina back to the way it was, let me just say, please don't because now I can actually hit them.

Maybe other things need to be fixed on light suits like cost or armor (or both) but please leave speed the way it is.
