It's tough out there.... for me, being in a squad really makes a difference but I've still noticed that things have been particularly violent lately. I got really stomped this evening.... 2 / 8.... I'm not using proto gear but i've got a good amount of SP. Maybe you need a better squad to run with.... (if you are in a squad).

Sounds more like a AR tac not liking the way he rolled an now every 1 got a more even field to play vs the tacs out there, mind you the only gun that's op in your list is the flay lock at the moment aim feet shot shot shot win most of the time if not contact nad to make sure you get the kill is lol no skill.

Learn to deal with the other **** its ez if not well you cant do much to get better then -tip play the player not the game.

I have a feeling this week is going to be particularly bad for public matches due to the challenge going down. Corps/Squads will be farming kills, hacks, etc. As much as I appreciate the challenge and enjoy these competitions, newbs and lesser geared peeps are going to be getting steam rolled.

I don't understand the nature of the prizes at all. What's the objective and reasoning behind the competition; is it aimed more at new and players without 'decent' gear (no advanced suits, etc.), is it a marketing and advertising tactic to draw more players to come play (new players who in turn will be smashed by lavs, squads, etc)? Has it been designed to cause corps/squads to smash into one another in public matches instead? Somewhere in the middle?

It doesn't seem like an entirely well thought out 'challenge' but I don't understand the nature of the context. I do know that the rewards seem..off and I would be more tempted to risk getting pubstomped if the reward was more isk or a nice chunk of SP.
