It will require alot of small changes and some bonus tweaking specially since the only way armor will ever be good for us and not shields is by giving the Gallente and Amarr bonuses to its efficacy.

Yea we definately need passive armor repairs because without them we lose out on 1 low slot always, also armor repair systems should affect the passive armor so its not a wasted skill.
