I propose that the requirement to get out of the academy be either 50,000 WP or 500,000 SP. The current academy is too short for any new players to learn anything about the game before getting stomped in pubs. |

Getting graduated out of the academy is punishing to new players. Starting sp should go a little further. Maybe battles should be arranged in a risk vs. rewards scenario, where high level players stand to gain very little by abusing the new people. Higher ranked battles ensure better rewards and draw better players, or at least in higher ranked battles, money hungry new guys are asking for it. My point is that right now there is no option. |

I'm also in favor of increasing the time it takes to be thrown into the whole of New Eden. Without opening the can of worms that is match making, it would be cool to have academy students of similar WP and SP continue to fight each other until the pool of people with comparable WP got down to some small amount of players (100, for example), in which case they would graduate. It would be like going through the whole US Education system (Fresh to Dust = Preschool, 100 'Best in Class' = Out in the real world) where the academy students would be forced to play against increasingly strong opponents until they finally graduated. At least then the skill difference wouldn't seem so drastic (Even though it is). |

Yes I do, I think I should clarify that I mean 500,000 SP GAINED not total. So 1 mil SP total before booting out of academy. |

Yup walked out of Academy with a KDR of 11....was incredibly happy until I was forced to spend it fighting players with 10X the SP I had.... |
