We experience these problems quite often, often blaming the user for it. When there actually can be multiple sources for the problem occurring.
This is an excellent simple read, I feel much more educated in it now lol.
So before you go " your internet sucks bro " , wonder for a second how many other people have been effected by this in that particular game. You can have the best internet connection , be right next door to your provider.. it won't guarantee you protection from lag.
Won't be surprised to see this thread moved within 5 minutes. But if you have a few minutes to spare, I would give that wiki article a look.

The problem with this game is not network lag, but poor framerate lag and poor input lag and poor responsiveness lag in the game program itself. |

Also downtime lags (delays), dev blog lags (delays/cancellations), update lags (broken mechanics, worsened bugs, new bugs, delayed fixes, delayed deployment), CCP lags (can't fix this, can't fix that, 18 months, soomtm); PS3 lag (overheating lag, loading screen, DS3 controller lag), screen lag (screen input lags), your brain's natural lags (human reaction time 0.2 seconds) etc, etc, etc.
Look, it's full of lags! |

I hear ya lol , It took me awhile to earn my 350 or so and then all of a sudden in 24 hrs I have over 500 now. I wish my posts were really that popular, but atleast now I can feel like they are |
