The attacker wins, still has 100 or more clones, and the defender still has clones. Another battle will begin in 5 minutes
I like the idea, but 5 mins is way too short of time. People still need to load out of the game, restock, possibly restart because of frame rate issues, reform/make new squads, call alliance for ringers, etc.. Yeah, there's the War Barge time, but 7 mins (due to load time) is not enough at all to discuss why you just lost and develop a new plan, then make sure you have the right people for that new plan.
Make it 15 mins IMO.

All of that sounds like it should be pre-prepped if you know you're going to be having a PC battle.
Go into every PC battle assuming that it will be two battles and you'll be fine. |

This is a way to weed out week noob players who need a round table and a tyranical squad leader before every corp battle.

5 minutes and then a 10 minute warbarge period means a total of 15 minutes until shooting starts. :)
