Well I recommend to spend 124.360 more SP for Flaylock because it doesn't need PG like Scramble Pistol or Machine Gun need and let's face it:

It's a troll build,you can't aim to do any damage,you will be an eyesore in the battlefield but you will last longer than any other average scrub.I haven't test it yet but If anyone does,let me know about it and post your comments.

Theorycrafting builds has reached DUST. How hard is it to run a few battles to test it out before posting? Still, looks like a solid build. To help the rookies I'd try it out without prototype level defenses though.

It's a tight fit but I think it can help new players to stay more alive when protos pub stomp.

Also commanfo suit without shield extenders could be a good starter fitting :-) Gonna do some experiments and calculations... 250 shield/armor gets a great amount of ehp boost with shield and armor upgrades

For me it's a significant decrease that's why I recommend to max them.
