I like using scrambler rifles. They are my favorite weapon in the game but besides the insane Heat per shot the Normal Scrambler rifles have ,the ASSAULT SCRAMBLER RIFLE needs more help ASAP.
At level 4 that you get them they have no bonuses nor advantages. Usually at level 4 Weapons have some type of default advantage like reduction on spread or recoil or increased splash damage,etc... The assault scrambler rifle doesn't have anything at all since the Scrambler rifle BONUS is a useless reduction in CHARGE time, thing that assault scrambler rifles dont have.
Second, the Assault scrambler rifle kick is just insane and at med/mid-long range range you will get beat by a regular assault rifle since he has laser type accuracy and you have hybrid weapon accuracy.... YOU might think this is fair since assault rifles are supposed to be a balanced weapon at all ranges,but the thing is the AR defeats the ASSAULT scrambler rifle at every range, not to mention is cheaper CPU/PG wise.... -Longer ranges: The assault rifle wins by accuracy.The Assault Scrambler rifle kick is way to high to actually maintain fire on an enemy unit, plus the damage is GREATLY reduced after a few meters. -Close ranges: The assault rifle wins by damage consistency (can shoot all 60 bullets without ''HEATING UP'') -Any range: Longer bursts of fire since Heat buil-up is not a fact.
So CCP? whats the point of this weapon? If it has any at all?
Another thing is the incredibly annoying FLASHING effect the assault scrambler rifle has while firing ''full auto''. I get a headache after using this weapon EVERY TIME and get dizzy not to mention the repeated Flashes make aiming an almost impossible task against a moving target. Im sure someone will get an epilepsy attack using this rave machine...
SO PLEASE CCP fix: -Excessive kick on weapon -Excessive damage drop at ranges. Its supposed to be a LASER weapon, there by it shouldn't have damage drop like AR do. -Firing ''lighting'' animation NEEDS to be addressed since it BLINDS the user and makes aiming an impossible task. No wonder no one uses this weapon.
The weapon is already a pain in the rear to equip since it has ridiculous PG requirements, both Scrambler rifles that is, and the fact that at the level you acquire it it has NO BONUSES the least you can do is make it usable.

I vary between Scrambler and ARsc since it really depends what map im playing. The ASsC only works for me in city maps, at ranges i would actually prefer a shotgun... XD |

No its not, it has a larger clip but the pricing and CPU/PG consumption are WAY larger than AR's. They should have an advantage.
PLUS you can NEVER shoot all 75 ASScr bullets without overheating the weapon so even if it has more clip size is almost irrelevant.(BUT ARs CAN shoot all 60 bullets without penalty so yeah...) |

I like this BTW sounds fair and it would be the opposite of the regular scrambler rifle.......... |
