All I can use on my Minmatar character is sidearms, because I refuse to skill into a light weapon that isn't the combat rifle.
CCP, please tell me that the combat rifle is going to be in 1.3.  |

i know right i was hoping they would be in 1.2 but sadly weren't,
to this day i spit on my scrambler rifle in hatred every now and again lol |

You have access to up to 200 rounds of an Ishukone SMG on the fastest assault suit in the game. I don't think the combat rifle could be any better. I'd rather get a medium range Minmatar 12-gauge shooty at this point. |

Dual them, they out DPS a Duvolles and Boundless HMGs. |

Nah, I use my flaylock for them pesky heavy fellows, or my scrambler for them caldari scum.
