Deos ur Triple cap get Reset or not

I want to know I Once u cap a Full Day does ur sp reset or not because today MY SP didn't Reset and I want to know why. July 4 I had 421,000 and finish that day with 137,000 July 5 I had 521,000 and finish that day with 207,000 July 6 now Im have 207,000???? I though it was surpose to be Triple SP week so what happen. can anyone tell me what wrong with this picture.

The only "fix" they could come up with was to do a full 3x cap reset on friday. Making everyone who capped thursday essentially recieve a 6x sp weeklu bonus. consider yourself in the lucky crowd

Very exciting times.
