if you go back far enough, back in October (on that same link), they said they are working on adding scan assists, which would have aided scouts by adding a non combative role which they could effectively fill.
Still no scan assists, as I am sure they are quite swamped. I don't expect anything for scouts for a while, especially since the other racial assault rifles aren't out yet. |

oh good, we are planning on giving the scouts love in the future, in the future 2 years, while we are being massacred right now, well at least now we know that ccp is aware of the fall of the scout, it seems we will have to hold on till that "love" gets here. |

They will slightly alter one small aspect of the scout and call it a day. It will take them forever to change anything and when they do, it will not make a difference. Then, later they will slightly balance it moreso.
Mark my words - they won't fix the scout for months. Even though any change they need to make is simply with changing values and not anything physical that you interact with or look at. |

Glad to see they're willing to acknowledge the UP state of the scout suit, but I still don't think we'll see any meaningful change for awhile.
Still, CCP sempai noticed us today, and that is a small victory in itself. |
