Since ccp is already done with 1.3 and are ironing it out and they said 1.4 is open for new content I think its best to post what we want then to be sorry and add something we don't like.
For me personally I would like the Gallente suit to have racial bonouses like these
6% per level cpu and p g reduction to reactive and Ferro scale plates.
5% per level damange mod efficiency.
And armarr need
25% per level for shield and plates efficiency
6% per level cpu and p g reduction to reactive and Ferro scale plates. |

25% per level's a bit much, don't you think? Even taking into account the fact they have less slots, that would more than double the effectiveness of whatever mods they DID have at the prototype level. 2 & 1/4 of mine for every one of yours seems mighty unbalanced unless I'm getting some pretty huge benefits elsewhere. |

Big typo but hurt was right it's suppose to be 5% per level.

while i DO agree with the armor and shield efficiency for amarr, i just love the heat build up reduction skill for scrambler rifle |

Replace that worthless charge-reduction passive (which does nothing for Assault Scramblers) to heat reduction. Blammo, feel free to alter Amarr bonuses. |

All class Gallente dropsuit would have + 25 % to Reactive Plates mod efficiency (5%per lvl), amarr dropsuit again to all the class would get a 25% armor bonus to standard armor plate mod (5%per lvl) |

Armour resistance modifiers is more for the amarr suit. |
